Uzma is an organizational change and culture design specialist. She has over 24 years of experience of designing and driving transformational changes with cultural alignment in the public and private sectors, including over a decade in international roles at BP.
During this time, she has had a culturally diverse experience of working with teams across MENA, Pakistan, Asia Pacific Countries, Azerbaijan, Africa, ANZ, USA and the UK.
She is based in the UK now where she founded Magna People Change consulting that is helping business leaders design and embed organizational culture changes by shaping and executing transformational change plans. Her six-stage methodology ADMERE© has proven to be a great success with her consulting clients in the UK.
Her approach to consulting people-centric significantly underpinned by academic and industry-led research insights, that helps unlock the power of people to deliver sustainable business results.
Alongside her consulting activities, she also lectures at the Brighton University, Business School. She teaches International Leadership Development, Organization Development and Culture Change, Working across Cultures and Emotional and Cultural Intelligence.
She also delivers webinars, workshops and master classes for businesses internationally on successfully driving transformational change and fostering aspired cultures in organizations.
