Lessons Learned and Retrospectives

Learning occurs on every project.  Capturing lessons learned is an integral part of every project and serves several purposes. Major purpose of the lessons learned in a formal document for use by other project managers on similar future projects. It also addresses some key issues and highlights the areas needing additional efforts, activities and strategies.
