PMO Governance

PMO operational methods and standards for projects, programs and portfolio present organization’s capabilities and can be a critical success factor in the delivery of successful projects and programs. PMO methods and standards are based on PMO recognized and approved Framework. PMO internal standards include concepts, controls, configurations, principles, policies, procedures and practices. Methods and standards are the core competency of the PMO, usually stored in centralized repository that includes well-documented approaches and services well aligned with existing tools, qualitative & quantitative methods and best practices. Implementation improvement and quality enhancement of operational methods and standards is a continual process. PMO provides a good balance between project visibility and transparency.
