PMO Governance
PMO operational methods and standards for projects, programs and portfolio present organization’s capabilities and can be a critical success factor in the delivery of successful projects and programs. PMO methods and standards are based on PMO recognized and approved Framework. PMO internal standards include concepts, controls, configurations, principles, policies, procedures and practices. Methods and standards are the core competency of the PMO, usually stored in centralized repository that includes well-documented approaches and services well aligned with existing tools, qualitative & quantitative methods and best practices. Implementation improvement and quality enhancement of operational methods and standards is a continual process. PMO provides a good balance between project visibility and transparency.

PMO Setup
PMO Framework has profound impact on the success or failure of organizations, so it requires tailoring to the relevant context. Comprehensive, practical and robust framework aligned with business objectives, provides an effective and sustainable roadmap to improve portfolio, program, and project management. Organizations do not exist in isolation that is why empirical integration of theoretical and conceptual framework is a prerequisite for formulating standards and future prescriptions. Framework objectives are to use commonplace simple methods, processes and practices, readily known existing tools and techniques and to benchmark best practices. Equally important is the continual improvement and co-evolution of processes at organizational as well as micro levels.
Performance Audit
Culture of continuous improvement Initiatives and Accountable Quality helps to produce reference able customers and measurable results. Combining these two most influential factors and integrating all actionable parts of project’s management into one resource increase efficiency and productivity. We identify, scale and monitor influences and risks that directly or indirectly impact project’s progress. Resource evaluation by their respective Line Managers and/or Peers is very traditional, but OGMC is not limiting this only to the Human Resources, in fact it includes all the resources used on a project and provides full control to the organizations to operate in a uniform method and also keep identifying the areas throughout the project where resource need improvement.
